QA/QC Engineer (Civil or Mechanical)

Quality Assurance Planning:

· · Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures for civil engineering projects.

· Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to understand quality requirements and compliance standards.

· Inspection and Testing:

· · Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction activities are performed according to quality standards and specifications.

· Perform and oversee testing of materials and workmanship, including concrete, soil, asphalt, and other construction materials.

· Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection activities.

· Quality Control:

· · Monitor and control construction processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Identify and address any quality issues or defects promptly and effectively.

· Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related concerns.

· Compliance and Documentation:

· Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.

· Training and Development:

· · Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.

· Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement among staff and stakeholders.
