QA/QC Engineer – Contracting Field only

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer to join our contracting division. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance across all site activities in line with contract requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures
• Conduct site inspections for ongoing construction works
• Ensure works are executed as per contract specifications and approved drawings
• Prepare, review, and submit Inspection Requests (IR), Method Statements, and ITPs
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality matters
• Identify NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor material approvals, delivery inspections, and test reports
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and site quality records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or relevant discipline)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in the contracting field
• Good knowledge of construction quality standards and QA/QC systems
• Experience in site-based quality control activities
• Strong reporting, communication, and coordination skills
• UAE experience preferred
