QA/QC Engineer – Drainage, Infrastructure & Roadworks

We are hiring a QA/QC Engineer to support our infrastructure and road construction projects. The role requires strong technical capability, strong knowledge of project specifications, and consistent compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project’s Quality Management Plan.
• Review Method Statements, ITPs, and Material Submittals.
• Conduct inspections for site works including roads, utilities, and structures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain NCR logs, corrective action reports, and preventive action records.
• Coordinate with site engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Manage material testing processes and third-party laboratory coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in infrastructure and roadworks.
• Strong understanding of relevant quality standards and construction specifications.
• Experience in road layers, asphalt works, utilities, concrete works, and structural inspections.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Qatar experience preferred; Qatar driving license is an advantage.
