QA/QC Engineer (High rise)

Position:- QA/QC Engineer

Location;- sites - Ahmedabad.

Req Exp:- 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for real estate projects.

• Inspect and monitor materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

• Conduct site inspections and testing of concrete, steel, finishing, and other construction activities.

• Identify non-conformities, prepare NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Maintain QA/QC documentation including test reports, inspection records, and certifications.

• Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety regulations, and company quality policies.

• Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and procedures.

• Prepare periodic QA/QC reports and share with management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
