Role Purpose
Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and auditing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for interior fit-out works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, Project Quality Plan (PQP), ISO 9001 requirements, and Client standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) for interior fit-out works.
- Organize and allocate inspection works to Site Team, Material Engineers, and testing agencies.
- Review material submittals, delivery inspections, laboratory test reports, and compliance certificates.
- Ensure all architectural, joinery, finishes, and MEP-related works are inspected and approved.
- Prepare, review, and submit method statements, ITPs, checklists, and work procedures.
- Issue NCRs for non-conforming works and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions prior to closure.
- Prepare and submit QA/QC-related RFIs and coordinate inspections with Main Contractor.
- Maintain NCR registers, audit logs, and quality records.
- Prepare NCR status, key issues, and action plans.
- Support final inspections, snagging, and project handover activities.

Project Manager, Site/Project Engineers, Safety Officer, Subcontractors, Testing Laboratories, Consultant, Client.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit-out or building projects.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- KSA experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out workmanship standards.
- Expertise in ISO 9001 quality systems and site audits.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting tools.
