QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical

Experience: 7–10 Years

Industry: ADNOC Building Projects

Requirements :

• 7–10 years of experience in Mechanical QA/QC roles
• Mandatory experience in ADNOC Building Projects
• Previous ADNOC Approval as QA/QC Engineer is required
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and related QA/QC processes
• Familiar with IFC drawings, method statements, ITPs, QA/QC documentation, and project procedures
• Strong communication, inspection, and reporting skills
• Immediate joining or short-notice availability preferred

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System according to ADNOC standards and ISO 9001 requirements
• Review mechanical drawings, method statements, material submittals, ITPs, and specifications
• Conduct site inspections for mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and equipment installation
• Verify installation quality, ensure compliance with project specifications, and raise NCRs when necessary
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including MIRs, IRs, test reports, logs, and quality records
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams for quality-related matters
• Monitor material storage, handling, calibration records, and testing procedures
• Participate in internal and external audits as ISO 9001 auditor
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing project close-out documents and handover packages
• Support Project Manager and QA/QC Manager with technical and quality-related updates
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE and ADNOC quality standards on site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
