Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures tailored to logistics and moving operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard analyses for warehouses, transportation activities, and client sites.
  • Monitor compliance with UAE labor laws, municipal HSE regulations, and relevant ISO or OSHA standards.
  • Deliver regular training and toolbox talks for drivers, porters, packers, and office staff on safety best practices.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
  • Inspect vehicles, lifting equipment, and warehouses for safety compliance.
  • Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Civil Defense, Municipality, MOHRE) for inspections, permits, and audits.
  • Lead emergency response planning and conduct regular drills.
  • Keep HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with internal audit and certification requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field (Mandatory).
  • NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
  • OSHAD Practitioner Certification (Preferred)
  • Minimum 0-2 years of hands-on HSE experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or relocation industries.
  • Freshers can also apply
  • ADNOC project experience is an added advantage.
