QA/QC Engineer (MECHANICAL CSWIP HOLDER)

· Monitoring and evaluating the quality management system of (main office, projects sites, workshop and main store) to determine compliance with standards.

· Act as a management representative for QA/QC systems.

· Reporting on the performance of the quality system to the Management for review.

· Control day-to-day running and maintenance of the documented quality system.

· Updating, issuing and controlling the quality policy, quality manual, quality procedures, forms and project quality plans.

· Liaison with the customer and certification body on QA topics.

· Conduct Management Review meetings as per the procedure requirements.

· Ensuring the quality requirements of clients are met and that the necessary inspection tests or verifications are carried out.

· Ensure the internal audits are taking place effectively.

· Providing and managing a system of internal audits assessed by adequately trained staff who are independent of the activity being audited.

· Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected.

· Plan and coordinate the internal and external training for employees.

· Liase with external bodies as and when required for the legal and other requirements.

· Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.

Authorities:

· To discipline subordinates;

· To stop works which are in breach of approved procedures.

· To check any site or department at any time for conformity of all system.

· To enhance the system after management approval.

Job Requirements:

· Qualifications: Engineering Degree.

· Experience: 8 to 10 years in the same field.

· Special Requirements: attended registered internal audit course, knowledge of inspection requirements for welding and steel fabrication activities, computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
