Position: QA/QC Engineer – MEP
Experience Requirements
- Total: 5–9 years
- UAE: 3–6 years
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years with a Principal Consultant, Main Contractor, or Developer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Dubai Municipality & DEWA approvals (preferred)
- QA/QC or Quality Management certification (added advantage)
Role Summary
Responsible for ensuring all MEP works are executed, inspected, and handed over in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and UAE authority regulations. The role demands strong technical judgment, rigorous quality control, and effective coordination across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure execution and handover of MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC plans, HSE requirements, and authority regulations.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material and technical submittals, and method statements.
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate inspections, testing, factory acceptance tests, and third-party verifications.
- Review RFIs and CVIs; resolve technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor and track project schedules, including baseline, construction, and look-ahead programs.
- Lead technical and progress meetings; prepare and circulate MOMs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and handover.
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs/observation notices, and ensure closure through corrective and preventive actions.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
