QA/QC Engineer (MEP)

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – MEP

Experience:

• Total: 5–9 years
• UAE: 3–6 years
• Minimum 3 years with Principal Consultant, Main Contractor, or Developer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Dubai Municipality & DEWA approvals preferred
• QA/QC or Quality Management certification is a plus

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer – MEP to ensure all MEP works are executed, inspected, and handed over in full compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts, and UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, quality control focus, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC plans, HSE standards, and authority regulations
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Plan and coordinate inspections, tests, and third-party verifications
• Manage RFIs, CVIs, and resolve technical issues promptly
• Track and monitor project schedules, including baseline and look-ahead programs
• Lead technical and progress meetings; prepare MOMs
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and subcontractors for timely project delivery
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs/observation notices, and ensure closure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
