QA/QC Engineer – Overhead Transmission Lines (OHTL) & Substation Projects | Bangladesh L1

We are hiring a qualified QA/QC Engineer to support our Transmission Line and Substation projects . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality management for 220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV OHTL and Substation works, with strong expertise in implementing international QA/QC standards, leading audits, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications and client requirements. Location: Bangladesh
Industry: High-Voltage Transmission Lines & Substation Projects
Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
Joining: Within 30–60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical)
• ISO 9001:2015 Certification (Internal Auditor – Preferred)
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles
• Hands-on experience in Execution of Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects
• Valid passport with at least 9 months of validity - (For Bangladesh)
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems, procedures, and project-specific quality plans
• Conduct inspections for foundations, tower erection, stringing, and substation works
• Review and approve material testing reports; ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on all QA/QC matters
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation: ITPs, checklists, NCRs, method statements, and quality reports
• Lead internal audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all QA/QC activities
• Identify, report, and resolve non-conformances in collaboration with project teams
• Support construction teams in upholding quality and HSE standards on-site
