QA/QC Engineer – Pipeline Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control activities for our pipeline and utility infrastructure projects. The candidate must ensure that all works meet project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, checklists, and method statements for pipeline works.
• Conduct inspections for excavation, pipe laying, welding, backfilling, hydrotesting, and reinstatement.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.
• Review material approvals, calibration certificates, and third-party test reports.
• Issue NCRs, maintain QA/QC logs, and prepare site quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with TAQA/ADNOC/Municipality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and final project handover.
• Monitor site activities to ensure proper workmanship and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in pipeline or mechanical infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Knowledge of relevant standards (TAQA, ADNOC, ISO).
• Strong experience in documentation, inspections, and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
