QAQC - Engineers / Inspectors (Villas / Highrise Projects)

We are hiring QAQC Engineers / Inspectors for Highrise and Villa projects in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of project works, subcontractors & suppliers and raise &track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any deviations from the approved quality standards.
• Ensure effective documentation control including recording, distribution, and filing of all departmental drawings, quality records, and project-related documents.
• Manage the receipt, issuance, and storage of controlled quality documents; ensure proper collation and secure archiving of quality records for contract closeout.
• Monitor and verify that subcontractors comply with their quality systems, conducting audits and providing necessary support to maintain alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate and carry out phased inspections at critical project milestones to facilitate client and consultant approvals, ensuring the timely achievement of handover certificates.
• Support the evaluation and ongoing monitoring of subcontractor and supplier quality management systems.
• Ensure all Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are reviewed, approved, and executed according to schedule.
• Oversee all site and off-site testing activities, including field tests and mock-up inspections, ensuring alignment with contract specifications.
• Assist in the preparation, verification, and proper archiving of contract closeout documentation.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions related to NCRs and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain records and provide updates on the implementation of training programs, safety inductions, and toolbox talks for workforce quality awareness.
• Work closely with site management teams to interpret and communicate project specifications, standards, and material requirements, avoiding ambiguities and ensuring consistent compliance.

Candidate Profile:

• Civil Engineering Graduate
• 5-15 years of core experience in Highrise / Villa projects.
• Candidates available in UAE are preferred.
