QA/QC Inspector

Required QA/QC Inspector at Abu Dhabi with Furniture industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production to ensure adherence to established quality control standards.
• Identify and address any deviations or non-conformities in the production process, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure effective coordination and seamless workflow.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, ensuring compliance with quality protocols and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation related to quality control.
• Managing production quality of high-end furniture/upholstery projects.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products.
• Time management ability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar combined role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
• Excellent understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, Fabric and techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with luxury furniture is a plus.
