QA/QC Inspector

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to join our team. The QA/QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with quality standards, project specifications, and relevant codes. The role includes site inspections, reporting, and close coordination with project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections of ongoing site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Verify materials, workmanship, and installation practices meet required quality levels.

3. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records.

4. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).

5. Coordinate and witness testing activities as required.

6. Monitor construction works to ensure adherence to project schedule and quality requirements.

7. Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives on quality-related matters.

8. Assist in the development and implementation of the project quality plan.

9. Ensure that all quality documentation is properly maintained and up to date.

10. Support continuous improvement initiatives on site.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a QA/QC Inspector in Fit-Out projects.

3. Good knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.

4. Experience with inspections, NCR management, WIR's & IR's and quality documentation.

5. Familiarity with local authority requirements

6. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

7. Strong communication and reporting skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.

2. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

3. Experience in Fit-Out.
