QA/QC Inspector

Responsibilities

• Inspect civil, mechanical, and piping works related to STP facilities.
• Verify materials, workmanship, and installation comply with approved drawings, ITPs, and specifications.
• Witness tests such as hydrotesting, leak testing, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Prepare inspection reports and raise NCRs for non-conformances.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, tests, and material approvals.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on quality matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years’ experience in QA/QC for STP or water/wastewater projects.
• Good knowledge of STP systems, piping, and equipment.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures and relevant standards (ISO, ASTM, BS).
