QA/QC Inspector MEP, Civil,Electrical

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer with Gulf project experience in civil contracting. The candidate must have strong hands-on exposure to MEP, HVAC, architectural, and electrical works, ensuring all activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities & DutiesQuality Assurance & Quality Control

• Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
• Conduct routine site inspections and quality audits for civil, MEP, HVAC, architectural, and electrical works.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense, ADDC/DEWA/SEC as applicable).

Documentation & Submittals

• Review and manage material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs.
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including MIRs, WIRs, test reports, and approvals.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports to consultants and clients.

Inspection & Testing

• Coordinate and witness inspections with consultants, clients, and third-party testing agencies.
• Verify materials delivered to site meet approved specifications and standards.
• Ensure proper implementation and closure of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).

NCR Management

• Issue, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure preventive actions are implemented effectively.

Coordination & Site Support

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors on quality matters.
• Provide technical guidance and training to site teams to improve quality performance.
• Attend QA/QC, coordination, and handover meetings.

Project Close-Out & Handover

• Ensure quality compliance during snagging, de-snagging, and final handover.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience, with Gulf project exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Gulf construction standards and authority approvals.
• Experience working with consultants and EPC contractors.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
