QA/QC - Landscaping

We are currently seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved across all landscaping and technical projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Quality Control

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality protocols for landscaping and technical works projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations
• Identify quality non-conformances and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, test results, and quality control activities
• Prepare and submit QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, and quality status updates to management and clients
• Ensure all quality-related documentation is accurate, updated, and properly archived

Project Oversight

• Coordinate with Project Managers and site teams to review project plans, specifications, and execution schedules
• Monitor workmanship and material quality to ensure adherence to approved standards
• Assist in resolving quality-related issues during project execution

Training & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct QA/QC training sessions and toolbox talks for site staff and supervisors
• Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate with clients and consultants on quality-related matters
• Address client concerns and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay updated on relevant industry standards, codes, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority requirements, and contractual obligations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within construction or landscaping projects
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and industry standards
• Proven experience with construction contracting processes and project coordination
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in QA/QC systems/software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification in Quality Management is an advantage
