Landscape Quantity Surveyor

Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC (PTWL) is looking for an experienced Landscape Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quantity take-offs, cost control, and financial management for landscaping projects from tender stage through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all quantity take-offs, payment certifications, and cost forecasting from tender stage to project completion.
• Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with approved methods of measurement based on drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, client payment applications, and material procurement requirements.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment applications to clients.
• Prepare, price, and submit variation orders for client approval.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with drawings and project specifications.
• Develop new rates for non-tender and additional scope items.
• Prepare subcontractor packages for specialized scopes of work.
• Float inquiries to suppliers and manufacturers and carry out technical and commercial evaluations.
• Finalize subcontractors and suppliers in line with the approved budget.
• Prepare payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts based on executed work.
• Monitor and forecast project costs to ensure all stages remain within the approved budget.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress and cost reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor in landscaping companies or a similar role.
• Strong experience in quantity take-offs (mandatory).
• Good understanding of project and cost management principles.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
• Strong data organization, typing, and document control skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
