QA/QC manager

Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation is currently hiring an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our prestigious project located in Dubai Island, UAE. We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of ISO standards, project specifications, quality management systems, inspection procedures, and material testing requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing QA/QC policies, supervising inspection activities, coordinating with consultants and clients, and ensuring all works comply with contractual and regulatory requirements. The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills to manage a team and maintain high construction quality standards.
