QA/QC Manager

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives within our oil and gas operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all projects and processes meet stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing safety, reliability, and excellence. Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance and quality control policies and procedures tailored to oil and gas projects. • Lead and supervise QAQC teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards throughout all stages of project execution. • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively. • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of QA/QC activities, findings, and corrective actions. • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to continuously improve quality processes and training programs. • Ensure all equipment, materials, and services meet specified quality requirements prior to use in operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Civil or related). • Minimum 10–15 years experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects, with managerial experience. • Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, ITP, audits, and quality control processes. • Experience managing QA/QC team, client inspections, and NCR closure. • Familiar with international codes (API, ASME, ISO). • GCC / ADNOC project experience preferred. • Strong leadership and reporting skills.
