QA/QC manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) plans
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks on materials and processes
• Review drawings, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITP)
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams on quality issues
• Identify defects and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain proper quality documentation and reports
• Lead and manage QA/QC team members
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager (construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and international standards
• Experience in audits, inspections, and documentation
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)
• Certification in QA/QC or ISO (preferred

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:
