Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities Site Quality Control

• Inspect ongoing construction activities (civil, structural, architectural works)
• Verify work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications
• Conduct stage-wise inspections (pre, during, and post-activity)

QA/QC Documentation

• Prepare and manage:
• ITPs (Inspection Test Plans)
• Checklists and inspection reports
• Method statements and quality procedures
• Maintain proper documentation for consultant/client approval

Material Inspection & Testing

• Inspect incoming materials (cement, steel, concrete, etc.)
• Coordinate testing with approved laboratories
• Ensure compliance with standards such as:
• ASTM
• BS (British Standards)
• ISO (via International Organization for Standardization)

⚠ Non-Conformance Control

• Identify quality issues and deviations
• Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure closure of NCRs within deadlines

Coordination & Inspections

• Coordinate with:
• Site engineers
• Consultants
• Client representatives
• Arrange and attend consultant inspections (IR – Inspection Requests)
• Ensure approvals before proceeding to next work stage

Audits & Compliance

• Support internal and external QA/QC audits
• Ensure compliance with:
• Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Contract requirements
• Company QA/QC procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month

Experience:

• as QC Engineer : 4 years (Required)
• UAE : 5 years (Required)
• Construction Industry : 5 years (Preferred)
