QA/QC Manager - Civil (High-rise Building Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven QA/QC Manager (Civil) to join our building construction projects in Dubai. The role involves leading the Quality Management System (QMS) on site and ensuring that all civil works comply with project specifications, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense regulations, and applicable international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Planning

• Develop, implement, and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System across all project activities.

Site Inspection & Supervision

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure civil works such as formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Manage QA/QC documentation including Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Requests for Inspection (RFI), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports to project management and stakeholders.

Material & Compliance Control

• Review and approve incoming materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and consultant approvals.
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material testing and ensure timely submission of test results.

Corrective & Preventive Actions

• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and closed.

Audit & Regulatory Compliance

• Lead internal quality audits and support external audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Civil Defense, and other relevant regulatory authorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
