- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System
- Prepare and update the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with contract requirements
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and company procedures
- Establish Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality procedures
- Define quality objectives, acceptance criteria, and performance metrics
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate and oversee site inspections and testing activities
- Ensure materials, workmanship, and installations meet project requirements
- Witness inspections, tests, and mock-ups as required
- Ensure calibration and validity of testing equipment
- Review and manage method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings (quality aspects)
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, and test results
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all construction activities
- Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits
- Support client, consultant, and third-party audits
- Ensure findings are addressed and closed in a timely manner
- Evaluate and monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance
- Ensure subcontractors comply with project quality requirements
- Participate in supplier assessments and factory acceptance tests (FATs) where applicable
