QA/QC Mechanical Engineer

We are currently hiring a QA/QC Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 5 years of experience in construction/MEP projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of quality assurance procedures, inspection processes, and project documentation. Preference will be given to candidates who are available in the UAE and can join within 10 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the company’s quality policy and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Review material submittals, IFC drawings, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and the main contractor.
• Verify materials delivered to site and ensure approvals are obtained before installation.
• Maintain quality documentation, logs, calibration records, and inspection reports.
• Review as-built drawings and support the preparation of O&M manuals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and consultants on quality matters.
• Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and assist in minimizing the final punch list.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction/MEP projects.
• Good knowledge of quality documentation and site inspection procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Must be available to join within 10 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
