QA/QC Officer

Overview

A QA/QC Officer is responsible for ensuring that all materials, components, and finished products meet required quality standards. They coordinate closely with engineers and designers to ensure design specifications are correctly implemented. The role includes controlling and approving material samples, verifying that only high‑quality materials are used in production, and monitoring manufacturing processes for compliance. They prepare QA/QC reports, inspection documents, method statements, and maintain Technical Data Sheets for all materials. Overall, they safeguard product quality and ensure that all items used or delivered for a project meet approved standards.
