QA/QC Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Officer for our Industrial Testing Laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems to ensure laboratory testing, calibration, and reporting comply with required standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and other relevant laboratory regulations.
• Review and maintain test procedures, quality manuals, SOPs, and laboratory documentation.
• Conduct internal audits, quality checks, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor equipment calibration, maintenance schedules, and testing accuracy.
• Coordinate with laboratory technicians and engineers to ensure quality compliance in testing processes.
• Maintain records of quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective actions.
• Support external audits and accreditation processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within an industrial testing laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, laboratory quality systems, and testing standards.
• Experience in quality documentation, audit processes, and compliance management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in construction materials testing, geotechnical testing, or industrial laboratory operations.
• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
