QA/QC Officer - QHSE

NCRi Solutions is looking for a QA/QC Officer for one of the biggest Conglomerate clients based in UAE who is responsible for supporting the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Department and various business unit functions through effective data management and reporting. This role ensures that QHSE performance data is accurately captured, analyzed, and communicated to support strategic initiatives and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a unified management system initiative.
  • Ensure effective legal and contractual QHSE reporting.
  • Drive improvements in how QHSE data is captured, managed, and reported across the organization.
  • Collate QHSE performance data daily, weekly, and monthly from all project sites and facilities.
  • Review and clean data, raising cases when anomalies or exceptions are identified.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
  • Produce quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, including legal authorities and clients.
  • Participate in and provide data for monthly performance dashboard meetings.
  • Create and maintain a data repository for individual award assessment criteria (e.g., EFQM, BSC Sword of Honor).
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to establish data points and present quarterly analytical reports to senior management.
  • Review new projects, identify stakeholders, and coordinate with IT teams for project on-boarding onto digital platforms.
  • Train stakeholders on the use of digital QHSE systems and monitor their effective use.
  • Regularly interacts with the QHSE team, Operations teams, and Cluster Support functional leads.
  • Primarily interacts with legal authorities, clients, and consultants regarding performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality and/or HSE Management.
  • Certifications: NEBOSH General Certificate is preferred; a Certificate in Data Analytics is required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office tools, and document control software.
  • High attention to detail and awareness of Award Assessment Models.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience.
  • Specific experience in QHSE data management and reporting.
