QA/QC Snr Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a QA/QC Senior Manager to join our team. The role is to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of projects, develop and implement QA/QC processes, conduct inspections and audits, and lead a team of QA/QC professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC management, extensive knowledge of quality standards and regulations, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
• Lead and manage a team of QA/QC professionals
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and deliverables
• Review and approve quality control documentation and reports
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality assurance and quality control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Certifications in quality management or related field are a plus
