Hiring: QA/QC – Soft Services Coordinator

Location: Near West Bay Metro Station

Duty Hours: 8 + 1 hour break

Weekly Off: 1 day

Salary: QAR 4,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified QA/QC Soft Services Coordinator to ensure quality standards are maintained across all soft service operations, including housekeeping, cleaning, and facility support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for soft services Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure service quality Ensure compliance with client standards and company policies Coordinate with housekeeping and cleaning teams for performance improvement Prepare QA/QC reports, checklists, and documentation Identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions Monitor staff performance, grooming, and service delivery standards Handle client feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety practices

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years experience in QA/QC or Soft Services (Facility Management preferred) Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and FM operations Good communication and reporting skills Ability to conduct audits and prepare reports Immediate joiners preferred
