Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Qariah (Female Qur’an Reciter/Teacher) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Qur’an recitation with Tajweed, an engaging teaching style, and the ability to inspire students in their Qur’anic learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Recite the Holy Qur’an with correct Tajweed and Qira’at.
• Conduct Qur’an teaching sessions (individual or group) for students of varying ages.
• Guide students in memorisation (Hifz), Tajweed, and proper pronunciation.
• Participate in religious events, gatherings, or programmes as required.
• Provide spiritual and moral guidance in line with Islamic values.

Requirements

• Certified background in Tajweed/Qira’at (Ijazah or equivalent preferred).
• Strong Qur’anic recitation skills with clarity and fluency.
• Prior teaching or recitation experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students.
• Strong Islamic character, patience, and professionalism.
