QC Chemist

5-15 Year Cement plant experience

· Basic Computer knowledge

· Previous white cement experience

Ø Sample collection of in process material up to dispatch material.

Ø Proper identification and preserving sample for day analysis.

Ø Proper identification and preserving sample.

Ø Preparation of sample for X-Ray analyzer.

Ø Physical testing of material like, Blain, whiteness and liter weight etc.

Ø Maintaining records of analysis and Timely reporting of results to Control Room Operator.

Ø Reporting of deviation to Shift manager/Quality control engineer.

Ø Chemical analysis like free lime, SO3, Iron as and when required.

Ø Maintaining highest level of accuracy.

Ø Maintaining all Lab equipment and instrument like, furnace, heaters, Blain apparatus etc.

Ø Work according to quality management system.

Ø Reporting of shift activities to Quality control manager at the end of shift or as and when required.

Ø Handing over proper charge to reliever.

Ø Various jobs assigned time to time by Quality control engineer/Manager

Ø Maintaining housekeeping at the best level. Work related area is to be keep neat and clean, tidy housekeeping is the responsibility of self and no other person is responsible for that.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
