Position Summary

As a QC Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our power electronics products. You will work closely with manufacturing, R&D, and testing teams to ensure that all products meet defined quality standards before delivery.

This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong foundation in power electronics and testing, who is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test power electronics products, assemblies, and components to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
  • Develop and execute test procedures and quality checklists
  • Analyze test results and identify root causes of quality issues
  • Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve quality and reliability problems
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety, functional, and performance requirements
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes
  • Assist in handling customer feedback and quality-related issues
  • Ensure adherence to company quality policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of power electronics concepts, circuits, and testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of electrical measurements, signal integrity, and performance validation
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection techniques
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and function generators
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations related to power electronics
  • Experience with test benches, burn-in testing, and validation setups
  • Basic understanding of PCBs, components, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with documentation, reporting, and quality audits
