Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.
- Inspect civil works such as concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, finishing, piling, shoring, and earthworks.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and relevant standards.
- Conduct pre-inspection and stage inspections and coordinate inspections with the Consultant/Client.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), MIRs, WIRs, and other QA/QC documents.
- Monitor and record concrete pouring activities, including slump tests, cube sampling, and curing.
- Verify materials delivered to site against approved Material Submittals.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain proper quality records, test reports, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, construction team, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–7 years experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and specifications.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.
- Familiar with QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures.

- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
