Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.
  • Inspect civil works such as concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, finishing, piling, shoring, and earthworks.
  • Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and relevant standards.
  • Conduct pre-inspection and stage inspections and coordinate inspections with the Consultant/Client.
  • Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), MIRs, WIRs, and other QA/QC documents.
  • Monitor and record concrete pouring activities, including slump tests, cube sampling, and curing.
  • Verify materials delivered to site against approved Material Submittals.
  • Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain proper quality records, test reports, and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, construction team, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–7 years experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and specifications.
  • Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.
  • Familiar with QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of construction materials and testing methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
