Job Purpose:
Ensure products meet defined quality standards through inspection, testing, and documentation, maintaining consistency and compliance in all production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plant-related quality activities.
• Prepare job procedures and generate daily quality and in-process inspection reports.
• Coordinate daily operations related to quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues.
• Document and tabulate data for products, materials, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality systems.
• Develop processes to improve productivity and performance.

Required Skills:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of QC/QA experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and product development processes.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with ISO / API QC standards.
• Proficiency in inspection tools and measurement techniques.
• Experience in documentation, defect analysis, and sampling plans.

Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
