About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven ERP QC Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. If you're passionate about software testing, have a keen eye for identifying bugs, and enjoy ensuring products meet the highest quality standards, we want to hear from you.

As an ERP QC Executive, you'll collaborate closely with support and development teams to test, validate, and improve ERP modules—helping deliver seamless functionality to users.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive quality checks and functional testing of ERP modules.

Develop and execute test cases based on functional and business requirements.

Identify, document, and track software bugs and inconsistencies with clear traceability.

Collaborate with support teams to replicate reported issues and gather detailed insights.

Coordinate with developers for timely bug fixes and conduct validation tests.

Carry out regression testing to ensure system stability across updates.

Contribute to QA efforts during ERP implementation projects.

Support documentation efforts—test cases, user guides, release notes, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

2–4 years of hands-on experience in ERP testing, QA, or ERP support.

Strong understanding of ERP functional modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement).

Familiar with software testing methodologies and issue tracking tools.

Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.

Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or other bug tracking systems.

Basic knowledge of SQL for test data validation.

Exposure to both local and international ERP implementations.
