Job Location: 28km Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

The employee is to oversee quality management across all our factory’s manufacturing operations. The role ensures that all activities from raw material receiving to production, floor management, and final dispatch, are covered. Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards as per ISO. He will be reporting to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor all factory floor activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and QMS.

· Inspect and verify raw material upon receipt to ensure it meets quality standards.

· Oversee machine operations and production processes to ensure smooth running as per defined quality parameters.

· Ensure finished goods are inspected and dispatched according to company quality standards as well as the client’s satisfaction.

· Develop, implement, and update SOPs for quality assurance in coordination with management.

· Train and guide factory staff, QC inspectors, Line Incharges, and machine operators on quality procedures and best practices.

· Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records of quality checks.

· Report non-conformities, suggest corrective actions, and follow up for resolution.

· Entering data of all the inspection stages in ERP (SAP B1)

Skills:

· Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOP implementation.

· Deep knowledge of metal manufacturing processes to identify and resolve quality issues.

· Ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and manuals.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage a production floor with strict quality oversight.

· Strong documentation and reporting skills.

· Experience using precision measurement equipment to ensure adherence to specifications

· A commitment to continuous learning and improvement of quality processes.

· Good knowledge of metal processes: casting, forging, perforation, machining, welding, heat treatment, injection molding, finishing etc.

· Strong skills in measurement tools & equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc).

· On‐time Delivery with acceptable quality after controlling rework.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.

· Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in metal manufacturing / fabrication; of which at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
