QC & Fulfilment Executive

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily order processing and fulfilment operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor order quality and ensure proper QC checks before dispatch.
- Coordinate with operations teams for timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Track order flow and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Liaise with courier partners to ensure smooth shipment handling and issue resolution.
- Maintain coordination for inventory tracking and stock management.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve order-related concerns promptly.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Quality Control.
