Role Overview

The QC Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality control process across all stages of garment production — from raw materials to finished products. The role requires a detail-oriented leader with deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, embellishments, and fashion production processes to ensure premium quality standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership
• Define and implement the overall quality control strategy for all product categories (bridal, couture, pret, etc.).
• Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors and supervisors across sampling, in-line, and final inspection processes.
• Develop KPIs for quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence
• Set and maintain high-quality benchmarks for fabrics, trims, embroidery, stitching, finishing, and packaging.
• Conduct quality checks at various production stages: fabric inspection, embroidery QC, stitching, finishing, and final output.
• Coordinate with design, sampling, production, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment with quality expectations.
• Approve final product batches before dispatch.
• Vendor & Supplier QC
• Conduct regular audits of in-house and outsourced production units.
• Evaluate vendor quality performance and take corrective action when required.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
