QC Inspection Engineer (API 653/ API 570)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced QC Inspection Engineer to lead our quality assurance and quality control operations for In-Service Inspection of storage tank and Piping projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead In-Service Inspection activities for Storage tank and Piping.
• Manage NDT Inspection teams of Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Eddy current, Penetrant (PT), and Visual Testing (VT).
• Manage Pressure Testing (Hydro-testing activities) team for pressure vessels, storage tanks, Compressors, Air compressors and Piping.
• Proficient in preparing WPS/PQR and Welder Qualification Test as per AWS/ASME/BS EN standards with strong analytical skill for CS, Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
• Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), API codes, and client requirements.
• Review and approve technical documentation including NDT and Pressure Testing, test packs, and final quality dossiers.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Certified in API 653/ API 570 and CSWIP 3.1.
• 7+ years of experience in Storage tank and Piping
• Valid UAE ( LMV) driving license is an added advantage.
