QC Inspector

We are looking for an experienced QC Inspector with a strong background in metal fabrication to ensure that all fabricated components meet company and client quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect metal fabrication activities including cutting, welding, bending, assembly, and finishing.
• Verify material certificates, dimensions, and specifications.
• Conduct welding inspections and visual checks as per project requirements.
• Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare daily QC reports, checklists, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Ensure all processes meet industry quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Technical Certification in Mechanical or related field.
• 2–4 years experience as a QC Inspector in metal fabrication, or steel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and QA/QC procedures.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
