What You Will Do:
The QC Inspector II supports quality control activities including incoming inspection, In-Process, and Final Inspections; and product validation/engineering testing.

Inspect incoming materials including custom drawing components, purchased parts, labels, tooling, and documentation in coordination with leadership, production, and warehouse teams.

Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Procurement to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Conduct inspections at various stages including In-Process (cleanroom or manufacturing) and Finished Goods (final inspection, rework, or returns).

Support training activities, First Article Inspections, engineering and quality testing, and specification reviews under management guidance.

Use inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, vision systems, and torque testers as required.

Manage daily priorities to ensure inspections are completed accurately and on time.

Document inspection results and review paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Initiate quality actions such as QT/NCR for non-conforming materials and follow proper containment and disposition procedures.
