Job Title: QC Inspector – MEP

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified QC Inspector with a strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) background to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in villa projects and data centers, and a thorough understanding of MEP systems and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks during all stages of construction to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Review material submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to MEP works.
• Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for inspections and approvals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP quality inspection.
• Familiarity with villa projects and data center MEP works.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and quality procedures.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and installation practices.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
