QC Inspector - Radiator Background

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector with experience in radiator manufacturing and repair processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality standards related to radiators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of radiator components and assemblies
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings
• Inspect radiator cores, tubes, fins, tanks, and welding/brazing quality
• Conduct pressure testing and leak testing of radiators
• Identify defects and non-conformities and report to QA/QC team
• Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
• Coordinate with production team to improve product quality
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in radiator manufacturing/repair industry
• Knowledge of welding, brazing, and pressure testing
• Familiar with QC tools and inspection methods
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good communication and reporting skills
