QC Inspector – Welding

Position Title: QC Inspector – Welding
Industry: Oil & Gas
Experience: Minimum 5 years in oil & gas

Minimum Qualifications:

• CSWIP Certified Welding Inspector (Level 2 or 3.1)
• Experience in oil & gas projects (ADNOC or equivalent)
• ASNT NDT Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of pipeline welds.
• Ensure compliance with applicable WPS, PQR, and project specifications.
• Conduct fit-up, root pass, and final welding inspections.
• Monitor welder qualifications and performance.
• Interpret welding codes and standards (e.g., API 1104, ASME).
• Prepare inspection and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with construction and QA/QC teams to ensure welding quality and traceability.
