Job Location : Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate Welder Qualification Records (WQR), ensuring welders are qualified per approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS/PQR).
- Conduct in-process and post-weld visual inspections to ensure weld integrity and adherence to standards such as ASME, AWS, ISO, and API.
- Coordinate and oversee non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures—UT, RT, MT, PT—and liaise with certified technicians on site.
- Maintain accurate inspection logs, QA/QC documentation, and support audit readiness.
- Identify, document, and manage non-conformities (NCRs) and follow through with corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party inspectors, ensuring seamless quality workflows.
- Monitor and reinforce safety protocols across welding activities, ensuring a safe worksite.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Certified as a Welding Inspector (e.g., AWS CWI, CSWIP 3.1/3.2, or equivalent).
- 3–8 years of welding inspection experience in Dammam or the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, particularly within oil & gas, heavy industry, or construction sector
- Solid understanding of welding/NDT standards and codes (ASME, AWS, API).
- Proficient in documentation, quality reporting, and inspection tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on Aramco projects—a common preference in the region
- Aramco approvals or CBT-qualified credentials.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 QMS or related standards.
- Multi-disciplinary inspection capabilities (piping, coatings, civil, etc.).

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month
