Qualification and Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the EPC projects, Industrial buildings, and oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy engineering sectors.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead capacity, managing a team of QA/QC inspectors and coordinating directly with clients and third-party certification bodies.

Job Description:
To establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across all project phases. This role ensures strict compliance with international codes, client specifications, and statutory regulations while leading a team of inspectors, managing non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement during external and internal QC audits.
Prepare, review, and update Project Quality Plans (PQP), Quality Control Procedures (QCP), and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and client requirements.
Welding & Fabrication Control: Prepare, Review and approve Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
Vendor & Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate with Third-Party Inspection Agencies (TPIA) for the certification of static and rotary equipment. Manage vendor qualifications and factory acceptance tests (FAT).
Lead and prepare technical data, quality metrics, and HSE integration points for Annual Management Review Meetings.
Tender Support : Review tender documents and analyze project requirements to ensure compliance with quality standards, while also providing budget estimates for quality departments.
Audit & Compliance Management: Organize and execute internal quality audits. Interface directly with external auditors and energy sector clients to investigate, resolve, and close out NCRs using robust corrective actions.
