QC Manager

To manage and control Quality Control activities for API manufacturing, ensuring compliance with cGMP, ICH, WHO, USFDA, and regulatory requirements, and to ensure timely testing, release, and documentation of raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates, and finished APIs.

• Overall management of QC laboratory (Chemical & Instrumental).
• Ensure testing of Raw Materials, In-process, Intermediates, Finished APIs, Stability samples as per approved specifications.
• Review and approval of COA, analytical data, and test reports.
• Ensure timely release of materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ALCOA+ principles.
• SOPs, STPs, protocols, reports
• OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA
• Ensure proper data integrity practices.
• Lead, mentor, and train QC officers, executives, and analysts.
• Ensure training compliance and skill development.
• Manage manpower planning and shift allocation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
