QC Manager

We are looking for an Electrical QC Manager ensures all electrical work meets project specs, codes, and quality standards by developing plans, leading inspections, managing teams, documenting everything (ITPs, NCRs, reports), and coordinating with clients/subcontractors, focusing on compliance from installation to final handover and commissioning. Key tasks include reviewing drawings, conducting audits, supervising testing, handling non-conformances, and preparing quality documentation for project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Planning & Strategy: Develop, review, and implement Quality Control (QC) procedures, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of QC engineers and technicians.
• Inspections & Testing: Oversee and conduct inspections, surveillance, and testing of electrical equipment, installations, and systems (e.g., cable pulling, terminations, energization).
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to project specifications, industry codes (like NEC/IEC), and safety regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and manage quality reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and final handover packages (O&M manuals).
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, project managers, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Commissioning Support: Coordinate and manage the electrical commissioning process and functional testing.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Experience in QC, QA/QC, or Quality Management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems
